Located in the small village of Orsett Heath in Thurrock, Essex the shop has a dual personality. It works as a village store at the heart of the village stocking all of the daily neccessities – but it also operates a provider of fresh farm produce and fine ingredients for a growing number of discerning families in the South Essex area.

Peafs on the Heath is selling fresh locally baked bread, great British cheeses and home-cooked foods and soups. Organic and farm fresh vegetables are be on sale 7-days-a-week. Inside the store is a small specialist wine area with carefully selected wines from around the world, with tasting notes to help customers choose the right wine to go with the food.
